I adopted Phoenix in 2022 and Caroline has been a constant help throughout. At the beginning, I had some complicated moments to work through with Phoenix as she had already experienced a difficult first year. We had to create trust and build a connection and with Caroline’s help we were able to do so!
We have especially worked on Phoenix’s anxiety, using the Calming Signals which Caroline introduced me to. I had looked into many other methods, yet the only one that worked, was actually trying to understand and communicate with Phoenix.
Caroline has also helped with socialising, as have Canela and Libi, they have been great models for Phoenix (and friends!)
With patience and professionalism, Caroline has also guided me through nutrition, health worries, leash walking, off leash walking, play and also building confidence within myself as a dog owner
Caroline has helped me understand my female dog better, identify her needs, improve the way I was using the leash during walks and helped Luna with her own fears thanks to her caroline’s ethical dog training approach.
We adopted our female dog from Cemuproan, the council dog shelter. She was 3.
The problem started when our male dog started to attack her.
We were at loss, desperate. A colleague of mine mentioned Caroline, her professionalism as well as her love and commitment to dogs.
She came to visit us, observed the issues we were having, and gave us some guidelines, which we followed. A year later, our household is now peaceful. Whenever we have doubts, we can get back to her and get some advice, which brings us relief.
Caroline treats the dogs as if they were her own. She respects their individual needs and their own pace.
The dogs absolutely love staying with her, and when they’re picked up, they’re even more relaxed! Caroline takes them for walks, showers them with affection, provides canine education, and gives them plenty of love. We’re grateful to have found her, and it gives us peace of mind knowing that our furry friends are in the best hands!
We were absolutely pleased with Carolina. She is super knowledgeable about dog behaviour, treated our dog with the greatest of care,and provided us daily updates while we were away´
